Total S.A. has completed the acquisition of Gulf Africa Petroleum Corporation (Gapco) from India's Reliance Industries Limited following regulatory approvals.
Total Uganda is a downstream petroleum company and a subsidiary of the French multinational, Total S.A. In 2010, the company established an oil and gas exploration affiliate, Total E&P Uganda.
